Newborn Sessions can always go differently depending on the size and personality of the baby. This little girl was one of the smallest newborns I had ever photographed outside of my own. She was just a little five pound peanut. Her session started off well but then she was just done. After a couple of feedings she was happy as can be again and slept well. I find that sometimes those smaller babies need more feedings to get into the deep sleep that is needed for newborn photos.

Christmas Mini Sessions this year were so much fun! One of my favourite Christmas traditions is taking photos of my own kids at Christmas time. We always do a yearly sleepover by the tree and the photos from that are some of my most prized possessions! I’ll post this years below. This year I decided that I wanted to help others capture these memories of their children as well so I offered Christmas Tree Mini Sessions. And because I’m so thankful for all of my amazing clients, I offered them half off for past clients. They were hands down my favourite sessions this year. So much fun! Thank you to everyone who participated and I can’t wait to offer Christmas Mini Sessions again next year!
