As a family photographer I do a lot of Regina extended family photo sessions as well as immediate family sessions. While extended family sessions do not replace an immediate family session they are a great opportunity to get some updated family photos when everyone is together and I always make sure to get some photos of each individual family as well.

As a photographer who does Regina family photo sessions I quite often photograph younger children. It’s always slightly intimidating going into a session where there aren’t little kids. I know how to deal with toddlers running away or three year olds being shy. And my fart noises and renditions of twinkle little star just don’t work as well on the older kids. But these kids were amazing for their family photo session and it was a real treat to photograph some kids who stayed exactly where I told them to and didn’t cry at me once.
